The parties split the cost of hiring a single, neutral Adjudicator to do all the investigative work instead of each party hiring separate lawyers to review the same documents, examine the same witnesses and attend the same hearings and trial.

The total legal fees of the Adjudicator can be capped at the outset of the process, divided between the parties, and paid in equal monthly installments.
